Orpheus villa has just been completed and sits at the end of a quiet street, yet only 2 minutes walk from the town centre.
It has a large open plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area. Everything inside is brand new; all the furniture has been specially made for the house.
There is a large TV, DVD/CD/MP3 player and satellite TV with over 50 channels. The kitchen is a modern fitted one and has a traditional stove running on electric or wood, an electric oven and a microwave. |
There is a shower room which is fully tiled, has a modern white suite and a heated towel rail.
Upstairs there are 2 very large bedrooms with one double and one single bed in each room. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living room.
Two sledges are provided for you to enjoy the snow.
Batak is in a superb location; there are historical and natural sights in all directions. The surrounding Rhodope mountains are ideal for hiking, bird watching, mountain sports etc. The famous spa town of Velingrad is only 30 mins away.

The summer lake resort is very close (closest point of the lake only 2km away). Fishing is popular here.
Batak ski centre, overlooking the lake, is only 6km away. Batak itself offers museums, 2 historic churches, old restored houses and plenty of cafes and other facilities.
Plovdiv is only 1 hours away where you can enjoy the lovely preserved old town, Byzantine city walls and Roman remains such as the amphitheatre. |

Medium (1 April-30 June, 1 Sept-15 Nov): £150 per week
Low (16 Nov-24 Dec): £100 per week
Christmas: £220 per week
New Year: £280 per week

Each additional night after the first 7 nights is charged at one seventh of the weekly rate.
For stays under 7 nights, each night is charged at one fifth of the weekly rate, minimum charge £70.
Prices are for the whole villa, not per person. Price includes bedding, towels, cleaning, fuel and electricity and the service of the property manager. Maps and information on the area are also provided free of charge.
