Villa Omaia is situated in the picturesque mountain area of the Smolyan Lakes at only 7 km from the centre of the regional town Smolyan.
The world-famous ski resort Pamporovo is in immediate vicinity, while the lift leading to peak Snejanka is only 3 km away.
Villa Otmora is 1200m above the Sea-level. It offers to its guests the following facilities:
- Sleeping upto 8 people in three bedrooms with two separate bath-rooms.
- Living room with a fireplace
- Kitchen with self-catering facilities.
- Central heating in all rooms.
- Barbeque (upon pre-arrangement)

Rhodopi Mountain is world-famous for its eternal and fascinating beauty during the all four seasons of the year. It is also famous for its unique cuisine, the warm hospitality of the local people, and the original folklore with typical songs and customs.
The magnificent nature predisposes towards active winter and summer sports. The winter time gives premises for ski sports; while the hot summer months offer sports like hunting, fishing, mountain passages with a pathfinder, picking of fruits, herbs, etc.
The climate in the central Rhodopes is characterized with mild and humid winter and cool and dry summer. The snow coverage is permanent and stays for more than six months. |

During the summer the average day temperatures exceeds 25 degrees Celsius, which attracts many tourists, looking for rescue from the summer heat. The number of the sunny days during the year is aprox. 300.

- from 1 Dec till 31 Mrach: 60 EUR per day;
- from 01 Apr till 30 Nov: 35 EUR per day;
On request boarding is provided:

-children: 3.50 EUR/day;
