Location: Villa Panorama is situated in a virgin paradise right in the heart of the Balkan Mountain Range in Bulgaria.
Accommodation: It offers two rooms for four and one double bedroom can accommodate up to 10 people. Each room is with individual bathroom and a powerful boiler, which supplies the house with hot water all year round. A comfortable Mehana with a fireplace offers comfortable atmosphere for relax and recreation. The ground floor also offers a fully equipped kitchenette and satellite TV for the comfort of guests.
During the winter season, the house is heated by fireplace and radiators in all rooms. |
Villa Panorama also offers an outdoor barbeque and swimming pool for refreshment during the hot summer days.
A nearby situated eco trail along the local river will take you to a unique waterfall, where tourist can also enjoy and prepare a barbeque. This site is so virgin and unique, that makes you forget the everyday routine and simply enjoy life.

Lyava reka village is situated in a mountain region, at the foot of The Balkan Mountain range.
The junction that will take you to the village is situated in the Hainboaz pass. The information signt for the junction is situate in Pchelinovo village. The road from Pchelinovo to Lyava reka is asphalted and almost 3 km.

The region is rich in natural attractions and unique landmarks. Mechata Dupka, Rujina Dupka and Ojdren caves are located nearby. There is a variety of mountain walking routes for the real ecology lovers.
The village is located only 50 km ftom the nice, historical town of Veliko Tarnovo, and 50 km from the famous Bulgarian valley of roses.
