Location: Tsareva Livada Guesthouse is situated on the northern hill of Tsareva livada village, just 4 km away from Dryanovo. It is situated at 324 m above the sea level. Picturesque panorama view towards the beautiful hills and rocks of the Middle part of the Balkan mountain range and the picturesque valley of Dryanovska river can be observed from the house. The house offers a large yard of 5000 square metres, formed with green plots and stone pavement and is excellent for a family holiday.
"Tsareva Livada" guesthouse can sleep up to 12 guests.

Accommodation: The house consists of 2 individual parts with one entrance.
Each part offers 3 individual bedrooms and a huge guest room – 80 square metres with a dining hall and kitchenette. The house offers local heating system. The vast bedrooms offer double beds and one extra bed can be added. Each room has individual bathroom and offer satellite TV and access to the guest room. |

Wine & Dine: The guest room offers a huge dining table for up to 20 people. The guest room offers a huge fireplace with antique hearth, equipped with a barbeque and grill. Additional comforts as TV, DVD, CD stereo, Internet access, air conditioning and fitness hall are also provided. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances and offers a sink, oven, refrigerator and etc.
The outside yard offers a covered BBQ on 60 square metres terrain. The BBQ is formed with an antique oven, grill, wooden tables and benches. Specialties prepared on glaze-klin can be prepared upon preliminary demand.
Guests can park their cars in the yard.
