If you want to escape from the intensive everyday life and if you long for the pleasant quietness of the Bulgarian countryside, one of the best destinations for you is Wine Cellar and Wine & Spa Hotel “Todoroff” in Brestovitsa village.
Wine and Spa hotel “Todoroff” is situated in TODOROFF Wine Cellar’s yard, which is developed under the mark of the artistic concept of the wine. Each room, apartment, studio and hall carries a unique designer passion. |
The hotel offers 7 apartments, 3 double, 4 single rooms, available for double occupancy and a VIP apartment TODOROFF, all equipped with a telephone, wireless internet connection, satellite TV and a mini-bar.
Wine & Dine: Elegant interior, pleasant atmosphere and warm hospitality can be found in the restaurant “Gallery” and winery “TODOROFF”. They are the ideal sites for personal or business meetings over a glass of fine wine. The restaurant has a capacity for 60 guests and a panoramic terrace for 40 guests, and the winery, which is designed in authentic traditional Bulgarian style, can welcome up to 26 persons. You can enjoy a rich menu of culinary chef-d’oeuvre from the national and European kitchen, local dishes, sea specialties and vegetarian menus, combined with the unique product - TODOROFF.

The hotel offers two multifunctional conference halls, equipped with multimedia, with a capacity for 20 to 40 persons. A ritual tasting hall can be found 8 metres under ground.
Wine & Spa Hotel Todoroff offers unique spa centre, with a picturesque view towards the Rhodope Mountains and the Balkan Mountain range. For the first time in Bulgaria, the complex offers spa program based on the products from grape and wine extracts, designed with the conviction that the real luxury is in the natural products.
The designer wine therapy products, developed in the spa centre are prepared especially for the SPA menu in the centre, and their composition is created by products from the production process in the wine centre.

Mainly included are grape and vine leaves extracts, natural cold pressed grape seed oil, micronized marc and grape seed, red grape extract, vine leaves extract, red wine extract, centela extract, fresh grape mousse in combination with exclusive natural oils.

The complex offers several wine tasting packages for groups or individual tourists. Al of the packages include tasting of three or five types of red wine with appetizers, accompanied by a guided tour for the production technology and preservation of wines, as well as a regional characteristics of the region.
The groups are welcomed by a young boy or a girl. They are being guided thought the cellar and are accommodated in the cellar site for wine tasting. Everyone is served a portion of appropriate appetizers, a loaf of bread and a bottle of mineral water.

Special packages with lunch or dinner are also available, as well as a folklore program two singers, two musicians and four dancers. For its short history, the wine tours in the cellar became very popular.
"At the end of the tour, each tourist receives a certificate, that he is acquainted with the secrets of the Thracian wine.
Demonstration of national crafts as weaving, knitting, embroidery and spinning, are also offered in an authentic folklore corner. The working-bee is accompanied by songs from Brestovitsa. This program is not included in the packages and is offered as and additional option, upon demand.
