A strategy for the development of tourism in Vidin Region for the period 2008 – 2013 was approved by the Tourism Consultant Council. The priority plans are to develop culture, history and religious tourism in the region. Modernizing and refurbishing of the tourism infrastructure and development of new tourism products, destination and attractions are also some of the main goals of the strategy. |
